Zoning Administrator (ZA)

Bernalillo County Commission Ordinance No. 213

Meeting Time/Location

Second Wednesday of the month, (second Thursday only in June and November), 9 a.m., City/County Government Building, Vincent E. Griego Chambers

Purpose

The purpose of the Zoning Administrator is to enforce the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of Bernalillo County. The Zoning Administrator reviews variance, conditional use, expansion of nonconforming use and administrative amendments to Special Use Permit applications at these public hearings based on standards and procedures as specified in Section 24 of the Zoning Code.
