The Bernalillo County Commission has approved $7 million in industrial revenue bonds (IRB) for New Mexico owned and operated Vitality Works. Vitality Works plans to expand its manufacturing plant, administrative facilities and laboratories located at 8500 Bluewater Rd., NW.
