Bernalillo County Accounting & Budget Department Director Pamela Moon has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Retiree Health Care Authority.

Ms. Moon, a Certified Public Accountant, represents New Mexico Counties, the association of New Mexico’s 33 county governments, on the board.
